It must also support a monthly or monitary credit limit for each user. I would also need the ability to run reports from the admin section. Requirements: Experience in an open source, server side programming language (ideally PHP, but others considered). Experience in the design and implementation of SQL databases (ideally MySQL) including normalising relational data.
