| Developers invested a lot of time and offer it free, which I appreciate. The interface is very awkward and the system is unreliable. Don't use this unless you have the patience of a saint. |

| Could use a little help on setting up. It is not totally intuitive. Take care on set up and read the instructions. You will be happy with it. |

| When it works it's a lovely system, but I've had more problems trying to cajole phpList into doing its job than I care to count. It routinely omits people from my sends for no apparent reason. Also, the new admin interface needlessly complicates the interface. |
