| The script has many flaws. 404 errors abound. There is no User Guide, Tutorial or FAQ. Support is poor, seems to answer only the questions they want to answer while ignoring the rest, and you can forget about any kind of refund. This product, on its site, borders on false advertising. |

| I had to re-write most of the functionality for my customer and told him to dump that crap and get something better. So many programming errors and half done stuff. I believe the programmers are not even English speaking, as I could se in the code that there are many incomprehensible comments. Total lack of support and instructions. |

| Do not waste your money. No refunds! When I asked questions, they would not answer the important ones. Then they erased my support ticket completely and would not answer any more. There are no help files for either the admin or the public members. |

| Script does not work. Tech support is poor. Alstrasoft claims server incompatability, yet all published requirements were met. No refunds. Beware. |

| Complete lack of instructions. Entire instructions consist of 192 words. Every item they claim in their ad is there, barely. The admin page is incomplete and very unclear. Average user would ever be able to use control panel. The built in html editor will not allow hyperlinks and other basic functions. Routine for HTML sign up code incorrect. I tried to get support, got answers that didn’t address my question. They quit responding to my help request. Stay clear of this company. |
