Would not use any other directory script. Excellent features and great email support.

The code is very buggy as previously mentioned. They say they offer 1 year of free updates but don't count on them. We kept asking for the latest version and was told over and over it is on the way. Then one year and 1 month after we purchased they finally announced a new version and when we requested it we were told we would have to purchase it.

There are a few issues with the software. Firstly, install instuctions say to set the config folder chmod 777. Should this be changed back afterwards? There is a file in the config folder that contains all database access information. Is it safe to remain chmod 777? HTML emails have links removed and images don't work. Subscriber cannot choose preference of HTML/text.

We are very happy with this product as it increased our sales the first day we started. The newsletter today also says Pinnacle Cart is PA DSS compliant in the 3.7 release to ensure our PCI compliance.
