Ticket Management System
You can use this ticket system as a helpdesk for users. Users can open new tickets and view his/her tickets. Users are notified by email of replies. The admin can view all tickets and add a reply to a ticket. It has an anti-spam image CAPTCHA, and supports login and registration. It is built with the framework CodeIgniter.
