phpHoo2

This is a modification to the original phpHoo program which adds functionality including a password protected administration area which allows you to add, modify and remove links and categories. It also adds several further small enhancements to the original code.

So it doesn't have templates or documentation, but besides that, it is a really neat script.

There is a crying lack of documentation and customization is not done through templates, but through editing the scripts themselves.
