Support is close to non-existent. I'm looking for a new subcription system since it doesn't allow the subscriber to upgrade their subscription.

I am suprised with the power of all dreamcost products. The support was great. When we had a problem on a Sunday they were there. I have to say that a company with great support and great forum members make this software a real plus for us. Thanks for a great product.

Support takes days and there is currently so many bugs in the program update that the support forum is full of unhappy people while their members get free subscriptions due to a bug. It doesn't work on AOL by the way.

The product is great. Support is lacking. Support is by forum and my feeling is the moderator is over worked and does not fully read the support requests. I have seen many replies where the answer did not meet the question. Having said that, if you have a subscription based or e-media based business, this product is the way to go.

Terrible support. They have no documentation and were using a forum to provide assistance to their utterly confused clients. They have now removed the forum because it was such an obvious exposure of the weaknesses of their product.

I have been pleasantly suprised with the power and agility of DreamAccount. I now have at my fingertips complete control over all aspects of my customers and their subscriptions. I can leave for an hour or a week and know that the fullfillment of my ebooks will continue without any human intervention - all I need is DreamAccount and my customers!

These guys worked with me now after two months of purchasing their product. I had a .htaccess problem, not really related to their program, and I called them up at 4:55pm on friday and they fixed the issue. I can't say enough good things about them.
