Requires special apache plug-in, so won't work for me. Form letter offering, in compensation, a free year of a hosting service which is, in fact, free for a year to anyone anyway. Offered a refund, I said "yes please", and have now had a runaround for 2 months. No refund, no more replies to my queries. Beware of doing business with this company.

Doesn't support Macs on client side! Imagine my surprise when after slapping down $100 for this tool and spending hours tweaking it, a small Java applet referenced in the tool doesn't function on Macs. I called tech support and they were clueless. They told me they hadn't tested it on Macs. Inexcusable.
