PHPFormMail

The purpose of this script is to seamlessly take the place of the Perl version of FormMail by Matt's Script Archive. This is a multi-user script which will mail the contents of a form to the specified recipient.

Great form script! Lots of features and fairly easy to set up! Got mine working in less than a half an hour, including making custom response pages.
