| Initially, the product is great! When you start having problems the SM team will reply to your support emails. The issue they have consistantly is that the programmer is rarely available to provide any help, so you are only given stupid responses. The program is buggy and they are rude and arrogant, and to top it off, they contradict their own terms. So, you may be lucky to recieve 1 or 2 updates which may or may not work. |
