Excellent product with great customer support. John is very friendly and replied to us immediately all the time. They send free updates usually once a month. It is very customizable software with a clean interface and lovely features. We used around 5 or 6 other KB software products before but this one is the only I really would like to recommend to my friends. Installation is pretty simple. Highly recommended company to deal with!
