| I'm currently using their lastest version, 4. All the scripts are encoded with ioncube and there are no docs showing how to use/modify the templates based on customers' need. Everytime I contact them with a doc-related question, they said they will do it and charge me $35+ per request. What's the point of buying a software bundle for $180 when there are no docs and I have to pay them and disclose my server uid and pass to get the work done? Very poor. |
